Are you a business owner or an entrepreneur who makes a profit of no less than R350 000 per annum?
Or are you an aspirant entrepreneur who wishes to do business with both public and private sector?
Perhaps you want to access certain types of funding and non-financial support from public and private sector
If any of the above applies to you then you need to formalise your business! As from 14 October 2015 until June 2016, the Gauteng Provincial Government will be rolling out a campaign titled “Qondis’ ishishini lakho” which means fix your business.
We are bringing the services to the people! The revitalisation of the City Region’s townships economy is one of the key deliverables of the Gauteng Provincial Government. In order to achieve this we need to get back to basics, which entails ensuring that businesses in the townships are formalised through registration. This will enable them to qualify for business advisory services, financing, upskilling through partnerships, investment etc. and providing services to the public and private sector.
Starting a business is not easy, and it’s made harder if one does not have knowledge of what is required to run a business as well as having access to services that can help to ensure that the business succeeds. The Gauteng Provincial government has heeded the call from township entrepreneurs and business owners, and we want to help you so that you can contribute effectively to the growth of our economy.
