200 Young South Africans is an initiative by the Mail & Guardian that celebrates young people who stand out and symbolise the country’s future and endeavour for excellence. The list comprises of under-35s who are considered to be great talents in their respective fields. It is based off nominations submitted by the public. Now in its 13th year, it has become a flagship project that the country uses to earmark its top leaders.
Categories for profiled youth include; Politics, Art and Entertainment, Health, Sports, Education, Science and Tech, Business, Media and more.
